House rules
- Make yourself comfortable as if you were in your own home!
- Please do not leave the key inside in the door lock, please.
- If you use the kitchen, please clean what you use.
- It’s forbidden to smoke indoors.
- Not suitable for pets.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- We kindly ask all our guests to take proper care of the apartment and report on any
damage that may occur, as soon as possible.
- No objects or equipment available in the apartment can be removed.
- Guests must respect silence, avoiding disturbing neighbours (quiet hours: 9pm – 8am).
- Check-out is at 12:00.
Cancellation Policies
100% Refund:
- Cancellation up to 24h after booking
- Cancellation 30 days (or more) before the check-in date
50% Refund:
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the check-in date
0% Refund:
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the check-in date
- Cancellation after the check-in date
